Craftsmanship Guaranteed For Decades

15-Year Structural Warranty

Every cabinetry assembly is backed by our certified protection policy safeguarding timber structure, hardware cycles, and hand-finished treatments.

1. 15-Year Cabinetry Body Protection

Brieflies Cabinet Co. provides a certified 15-year warranty to the original residential purchaser that our custom-engineered cabinetry structures are free from material defects in wood crafting and manufacturing. This includes:

  • Joinery Integrity: Structural failure of interlocking dovetails, blind dado joints, and pocket-screw fasteners.
  • Delamination: Separation of wood veneers from structural HDF or formaldehyde-free maple plywood cores under normal ambient usage conditions.
  • Frame Warp: Structural panel warp exceeding the standard 0.2mm allowance parameter within recommended relative humidity environments.

2. Austrian Blum Hardware Lifetime Guarantee

We exclusively integrate Austrian-manufactured Blum soft-close runner profiles, hidden hinge blocks, and Legrabox metal pullouts. These precise mechanical elements are backed by a life-long manufacturer's performance guarantee. Should a gliding mechanism lose its silent motion profile, slip out of lateral synchronization, or fail after continuous structural duty cycles, we will dispatch replacements to restore mechanical fluidity.

3. Finish & Coating Standards

Our wood veneers and lacquer surfaces are treated inside clean, air-purified booths with water-borne, chemical-resistant matte sealers (Zero-VOC rating). We warrant our finished coatings against cracking, peeling, or clouding for a period of 5 years from the initial white-glove installation date. Please note that natural variations in wood grain patterns, progressive darkening or mellowing of hardwood species due to ambient light exposure, and minor surface finish changes are hallmarks of organic materials and are excluded from coverage.

4. Coverage Exclusions

Our certified structural warranty does not apply to damages resulting from:

  • Extreme ambient moisture variances (relative humidity dropping below 35% or rising above 55% at any time during structural storage or usage).
  • Localized pooling of water, steam exposure from high-power countertop appliances positioned directly under cabinetry doors, or plumbing leakage.
  • Post-delivery structural modifications or third-party appliance installations not approved in our final CAD blueprint reviews.
  • Normal wear and tear, industrial physical impact, abrasive chemical cleaning, or exposure to excessive heat.

5. How to File a Claim

To initiate a structural evaluation session, submit a formal request to our NY engineering office. Claims must include your initial Brieflies contract reference number, photographic evidence documenting the joint or panel warp, and localized digital humidity tracker readouts. Upon validation, a field engineer will coordinate repair or replacement logistics.

Quality Control Registry

Every drawer system is logged with a unique serial stamp identifying its timber source and CNC run code.
